The specific services, pricing, deliverables, and subscription terms applicable to a client may be described in a separate proposal, order form, service agreement, or checkout page. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the separate written agreement will control.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use our services.

3. Client Responsibilities

4. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Prices and billing terms will be disclosed before purchase or included in the applicable service agreement or order form.

Recurring services may be billed automatically until canceled according to the applicable agreement. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method provided for amounts that become due.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees already earned or paid are nonrefundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Text Messaging Terms

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and selecting an unchecked consent box or otherwise affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Friendly Fox AI LLC.

We do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, leads, bookings, reviews, revenue, advertising performance, or other business results. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, client participation, budgets, platforms, and consumer behavior.

Testimonials, examples, and projections are illustrative and do not promise that every client will achieve the same results.

9. Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, designs, text, graphics, software, systems, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Friendly Fox AI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us. Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables will be governed by the applicable service agreement.
